In the Studio…

Standard

I’m working at adding some semi-transparent glazes to my two large collages. When I’m satisfied, a final coat of amber shellac will be the final step. I need to take time, now, to study what’s going on, before taking another step. Over-working the surface is the biggest sin, being almost impossible to come back from, and my greatest tendency. It was late when I got into the studio last night; photos are not the best, but show some of the surface characteristics.
